Alex counsels in-house lawyers and HR employees of tech-driven companies with topics around HR Regulation and Compliance, including protection of business secrets from an employment perspective, as well as developing and implementing HR solutions around the Future of Work. As a strategic, hands-on practitioner, Alex leads restructurings and RIF’s, counsels on employee management, as well as internal investigations and all other employment related topics. He has a vast wealth of experience in representing employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation before labour courts. Having lived in Zimbabwe and worked for lawyers in Belfast, Cologne, Istanbul and South Africa during school, studies and legal traineeship, Alex’s international approach evolved naturally.
